We are looking for an experienced Software Developer to join as a key member of our small but growing innovative and creative digital team. In this role, you will engage with designers and think outside tech, learning from and sharing your experience and approach with a multidisciplinary team. MORE ABOUT THE ROLE:
This opportunity is for a midweight software developer with 3-4 years experience, who has worked on two or more systems. You enjoy quickly building prototypes of ideas and sharing your experience of technical possibilities along with how these may be of value to our clients.
You have a solid technical understanding, most likely from a degree in computer science. You are quick to pick up what you need from new technologies outside your existing experience to get a job done.

Alongside your input into our client’s digital needs, we would be looking to you to be an inspirational example to the more junior members of the team helping them develop their software craftsmanship. A few specifics on responsibilities:
- Designing software platform systems and implementing features that deliver value to our clients
- Being the author and enforcer of Together’s coding standards to ensure that the team maintains clean and consistent code and is able to scale with the growth of the team
- Maintaining code quality through code reviews, and mentoring and inspiring more junior members of the team
- Managing projects so that they are delivered in a timely manner through agile development practices
- Facilitating communication between clients, stakeholders and team members
- Being able to manage our clients’ expectations, being persistent when it comes to solution finding and enthusiastic and flexible when it comes to being part of the team.
