What we do
We work across branding and identity, design, marketing communications and storytelling, video editing, 2D and 3D animation — all in service of solving complex communication problems for our clients.
Our team & culture
- We’re a close-knit team of 10, including designers, developers, operations, and our Creative Director.
- We’re primarily based in our South London office (Clapham Common) we work as a team from our offices, but depending on the role, and level of experience we offer some flexibility for occasional remote work
- We understand that life sometimes requires adjustments for appointments, travel, or personal commitments, and we also aim to be as flexible as possible.
- We operate a very flat structure to enable people to flourish. We have established processes that guide our operation and workflows.
- We prioritise critical and creative thinking, open communication, and diversity of thought and approach in our work.
We hold a sponsorship licence and can offer Visa sponsorship for eligible positions.
We offer 25 days of annual leave, plus UK Bank Holidays, with the option to carry over up to 3 days into the following year. Different perspectives bring more ideas and opinions to the table, which is essential for the creative, impactful work we do. We encourage open and free discussion where every voice is valued.
